ALMOST 1/2 way thru this week already...Wheew! It sure has been busy around here the past two days and it will only get worse with all the changes and acquisitions we are processing in the office. I am feeling like I truly am earning the GREAT money I make here. Hope all of you are having a good week, thus far.

Last night I went to a new class at Bally's, Taste of Group Exercise. It was very intense and had me sweating like it was 120 dgrees in the room, but it was a lot of fun. I met another woman in the class who was taking it for the 1st time and is 30 y/o. We have a lot in common already, as I see it. She seems pretty cool and hope we can work out together soon. I am truly seeing some results as I go to the gym everyday pretty much. I find it alot easier for me to head directly to gym after work than go home and do NOTHING! I enjoy the intensity of classes then working on toning & firming the rest of my body thru weight machines. I make sure I do at least 1 hr of cardio and then 45 mins of strength training daily. If I do not take a class (Fri/Sat/Sun) I get on treadmill for 1 hr to burn calories/fat. Granted, I am NO heffer or heavily overweight, I think curves are beautiful but I have noticed some unpleasant "qualities" in my body I want to tone and firm up, drop XXX lbs, so there are fewer problems losing weight WHEN I do have children. Better to get my body back to where I want to be beforehand!! I love the way I feel after working out and getting the endorphins pumping throughout my body. I feel increased energy levels and more focused during the day and sleep much better at night too. It is amazing what exercise and good diet/nutrition will do for you in a short time. I have cut all sweets, fast food and high calorie foods completely from diet; I have actually lost 6 lbs now since I started working out. I know this weight loss will eventually even out but I am happy to say the least. I guarantee within 6 months from July 8th I will be looking like a totally new woman...looking & feeling great!

Otherwise, all is great at home. Ben & I are doing better with the healthy changes we made and it is getting easier to get to gym at night..Keeps him busy and all. We are looking forward to this upcoming weekends events, Summer Party for my company on Lake Norman and Sunday going to Fort Mill to visit friends who just had a baby in June, grilling out and swimming in their pool. It will be fun nonetheless and I am anxious to see them too.
On Wednesday night, Ben & I will go on a "date night", have dinner and head to movies to see "Pirates of the Caribbean-Dead Man's Chest". I am happy we have this opportunity to go out and do special things like that during the week.
